Are you registered to vote?

We already know that this will be a different election due to Covid-19. Here are some things you can do now to make voting in the November election as smooth as possible.

Given that all states have different rules on registration, you should verify that you are registered to vote. This is also a good time to ensure that your address and other information is correct. This will make voting on election day much easier and faster.

Next, you need to determine the election data and deadlines specific to the upcoming election. This is where you will find any changes to the voting rules in your state regarding your voter registration.

Visit your state’s election office website to get applications to register, to vote absentee or early voting.

Check your voter registration card to ensure that all of your information is correct. Be sure to verify your polling place, as that may have changed due to Covid-19.

Military and overseas voters should contact the appropriate department to request a copy of their ballots.
