According to CNBC, many Social Security recipients can expect stimulus payments to be processed this weekend. These payments will most likely be sent electronically to the recipient’s bank account by April 7th.
Once the stimulus payments are processed, the IRS will update their Get My Payment tool, the report continues. These payments will be received either through direct deposit or to an individual’s Direct Express card.
Finally, the agency noted that Veterans Affairs beneficiaries can expect their payments by mid-April.
