From an updated website, to easier to read statements, the Social Security Administration has seen some great improvements over the past few years. However, some of these improvements became a necessity when the pandemic closed offices nationwide.
According to Sean Brune, Social Security Administration’s chief information officer and deputy commissioner for systems, the “first 10 months of the pandemic brought on about 10 years’ worth of acceleration of business modernization.”
It’s true; the Social Security Administration has undergone some large changes in an attempt to meet the needs of its customers. Thankfully, it seems these improvements are to continue, making things even easier for senior citizens.
