Baltimore County Plans Senior Center Projects

According to an article on patch.com, Baltimore County has allocated over $12 million on senior center projects. These projects include an expansion of the Woodlawn Senior Center. Additionally, there are plans for the creation of a new senior center in northern Baltimore County.

Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olsewski told Patch that these centers tend to be “vital community anchors” for many seniors. Because of this, Olsewski said and that seniors throughout Baltimore should “have access to a high-quality, modern and accessible senior center.”
