According to Think Advisor, the estimate for the 2022 Social Security cost of living adjustment has increased. Rather than being a 4.7% increase, an estimate given a month ago, it is now thought that the COLA will be 5.3%.

Although this may be great news for senior citizens relying on their Social Security benefits, it is also not enough.
