Throughout the pandemic, many people have come together to show their support for the most vulnerable. One such individual is a registered nurse, Andrea West who started a senior care package program.

According to the Chillicothe Gazette, the program offers Ohio senior citizens a way to get some necessities. These packages are delivered every 2 weeks and include items like pre-cooked meals, household supplies, and groceries.

The article states that West created the care package program because “[she knows] how important it is to give back to seniors. They have our heart and they need us right now.”
