A new piece of bipartisan legislation has been introduced. The Social Security Fairness Act aims to remove two provisions that reduce or eliminate the Social Security benefits of various retirees.

According to the Federal News Network, it’s expected that this piece of legislation will be voted on as early as September.

While this legislation is a great place to start, more must be done to help senior citizens. That’s where we come in.
