There are many individuals who have been misinformed about COVID-19 and vaccinations. One of the most prevalent misconceptions is that someone who has gotten the COVID-19 virus will not get it again.

However, as USA Today explains, this thought is not true. The article explains that the antibodies from natural infection can provide some protection, but do not provide immunity. Rather, they are “more likely to be asymptomatic” increasing the chances of spread.
