There are four changes to Social Security that President Biden is looking toward to help retirees. These changes are:
- Using the Consumer Price Index for the Elderly to measure inflation.
- Increasing taxes for wealthier Americans to help bolster Social Security’s cash flow.
- Boosting benefits for older retirees.
- Increasing the minimum benefit offered to retirees.
