Previously, President Biden made a vaccination goal. His goal was to get 70% of the nation’s adult population injected with (at least) the first dose of the COVID vaccine before the July 4th holiday. Now that June is here, that deadline is rapidly approaching. However, it seems the President is not backing down on the goal.

Instead, President Biden released a five-part plan to make it easier to receive the vaccine. Fox News reports that the administration will be launching a national vaccination tour, in hopes of encouraging everyone eligible to get vaccinated. Additionally, many places are offering various incentives, hoping to encourage more individuals to get the vaccine and remain as safe as possible.

Even as we see trends moving toward normalcy, it is important we remain cautious. The article reports that 75% of seniors are vaccinated. However, we must remember, vaccination is not a guarantee. Be sure to stay informed, talk to professionals, and remain safe.
